Strength Showdown:
– 10+ reps Ground to Overhead (50/35 kg)
– 10+ reps Thrusters (50/35 kg)
– 10+ reps (C2B) Pull-ups
– 10+ reps Double unders
– 10+ reps Handstand Push-up
Power Duo:
– At least 1 male and 1 female team player can conquer:
– 2 to 4 reps Snatch (60/35 kg)
– 2 to 4 reps Clean & Jerk (70/50 kg)
Ninja Warrior Skills:
– At least 1 team player is a master at:
– 3+ reps Muscle-up
– 3+ meter Handstand Walk
– 5+ reps Rope Climbs
